I found Renderosity late on in 2003 and have since become an avid viewer of the tremendous talent on display. My contribution is just pictures I've drawn, daft sketches, favorite photos (mostly of landscapes and mountain days out) and comments and laughs with other members. Thanks to all at Renderosity and to people who contribute some amazing images and ideas.

Sitting in that mist you could feel alone at the top of the world. I wonder how many stood there as sentries, fire at the ready, praying for the mist to clear?

Oh ha, ha. I would be a shivering, gibbering wreck up there but I do love going on these virtual hikes through your eyes. I wish I could get this kind of mood in a painting.

A very powerful render, Anthony.. ;o) Did you use VUE or POSER? Seriously, this is a great piece, but I reckon you would have needed a cobbler, just making your way over that sort of terrain. I am amazed, now, that my old, worn in, Czechslovakian / Polish army boots carried me over such terrible terrain in the late 1960s to late 1980s. Maybe that's why I have the ankles of an eighty-five year old, as my doctor keeps telling me. Luckily my knees are still operational. Safe walking, my friend. Regards, John.
