Mmm. Fresh bread. That's one of the things in the U.S. that I've found to be unlike all the other countries I've visited -- our bakeries don't have the prominence they have elsewhere. That's part of your normal morning in France and Germany, going to get fresh bread. Here I have to make my own. I love this photo of yours. It makes me want to get out and taste the breads of other places. Great work, as usual, my friend.
