Description

This is last night's sunset, which is why I was at the park and happened to get the Canada Geese in yesterday's upload. I've posted several pics over the years from this park. It's only about a mile walk from my house, so I can watch it go through the seasons, and there's often something interesting to shoot there. This time I got the sunset and the great smell of freshly-cut hay. Thanks for stopping by and any comments.

A stunning sunset! The foreground is intriguing, without your explanation I would wonder if it was billowing waves, mounds of snow or plowed earth! The colors are gorgeous and I love the way the clouds make mountains in the distance. :)

We have a beautiful park area here too, and one I should visit soon. Maybe I'll even remember to take my camera with me! :o) Excellent sunset, and that is so fantastically colorful! Love it.

I love the clouds at the top of the picture and how they reflect the beautiful sunset. No need to go to the beach for lovely sunsets, we have them right here at home.

I know you glanced to the west every few minutes for about an hour waiting for just the right moment. Thanks for waiting. Only this fleeting second could have renders such a wonderful scene. The exposure and framing is, of course, excellent as always.
