Card #11 of The Tarot of the Golden Desert
Istislah (Arabic for: to deem proper)
The Fedaykin and the Sardaukar were both devoted to Istislah. The card depicts a perfet square to imply equal proportions for all. There is no adornment (no obstruction) on the square, and it is upheld by four pillars.
