good you were at your vantage point instead of in town.exceptional lighting capture.it is usually too dangerous where I live to try for lightning as the view is obstructed by houses and trees- the roof is out of question-haha

Yikes!! Awesome shot Ray!! Were you standing out in this with your cam on a tripod??? The lightning strikes are so crisp and clear and I know with my cam they would be all a blur unless I was using a tripod. Be careful please! This is almost an impossible thing to catch as far as I'm concerned but it doesn't surprise me that you did it! Would love to see the large size image of this! Darn...only one more pic to comment on. :-/
