Description

A while back I did an image in Bryce called "Reflections in a Blue Room". Ever since I've been working more in DAZ I've wanted to create a similar image completely within DAZ. Finding out how to make a surface reflective was the first step and I found the answer here in the forums at Renderosity (thanks guys!) This pic has taken a few weeks and I think I can say I'm pleased with the result. There were many test renders along the way because you don't actually SEE the reflection UNTIL you render. It seemed to take ages to get the angles right. And then, I started out with just a large cube which I flattened and made reflective. Then, once I knew that worked I had to make it look more like a mirror. I ended up downloading a free morphable picture frame from here, courtesy of Morphography, I think, and made the glass element of the frame match the same reflective qualities of the cube I had in there. Removed the cube and voila! A framed mirror :) **Edit** Thanks to the early comments about the shoulder straps (who knew they were "tweakable"?) I played around with them a bit and I think this is better now. Still not perfect, but when I try and tweak any more, I get, let's just say, I get "poke through") Oops, here I go again, rambling! **End edit. On to the credits...
