Description

I am writing a story about the Lost Land, Olim. It still needs a lot of work. This is how it begins now... A Work In Progress. .......... Somewhere... Deep in the heart of a child, there is a place of magic. Close your eyes. Close your mind, Open your heart. Touch me. Take my hand If you have a place for the child inside you, I can bring you there. Can you hear the enchanting colors? Can you smell the white softness of Yasmin? Can you feel the sparkling melody? Can you taste the bewitching light? Can you see the scent of the peach blossom? No? Close your mind. Open your heart. .....text....... Flowers everywhere, an harmonious play of colors of flowers without a name. The waving breath of soft lilac, pink, yellow, blue, green, silver, gold... They form a surprising melody in our heart. .....text....... Fractal Explorer

To have the ability of looking at life through the eyes of a child, tempered by the wisdom of age, is a special gift - you have this in abundance Titia. I wish the whole world could see this and hear you. Quite possibly it would remind many of the meanings of humiliy, wonder and generosity of spirit:-)

Thank you for taking me back to my chidhood on the farm and some of the wonderful experiences that I had there. You have a beautiful illustration to go with your story and I look forward to reading more about Olim.

very beautiful colors & subject! I can hear the melody in my head, the small items are tinkling in treble, while the larger items provide the bass. The dark colors are like the drums, Very unique!
Thanks very much for sharing, Blessings

How do so many spirals, colours and shapes fit in a small picture? And each is visible and the whole is beautiful? Recipe, please.

So very beautiful, dear Titia..and not a melody lost at all...but, rather, one recaptured...as in a childhood recollection. And that is odd, because reading your words...the juxtaposition of the senses you have used...reminded me, crystal clear, of SOMETHING along those very lines...though I can't put my finger on the memory itself. Perhaps it IS a memory you've touched with them. Please keep us posted on your progress...So far, so lovely :)
