I thought some of those itty bitty dot-stars would look good on the edges of this cut couldn't bring myself to do it after all that! lol q-: UF. Edging, flood & sig done in PSP. Enjoy! Thank goodness my eyes could rest when I did the usual zoom. the picture then had the old-style white surround. this sudden Rendo change is too much of a shock for this ancient being. I'll probably get used to it, but not tonight. Even my own gallery is now a place of disturbance. I do like your picture and the inclusion of the water. The colours richly simple and made dramatic due to the combination used.

Oh my gosh, Carol, this is right up there with the Fairy Queen's Shawl (actually "The thing about diamond stars", previous post), it is beautiful without the little stars, but the stars would be marvelous also, I think!
