Description
I was so disappointed when I got to the balloon classic at 5AM only to see nothing but overcast skies and a misty ground. All they did was light up the Dawn Patrol balloons off and on (and not "on" long enough). No balloons took off at all. So I took a few pics of the Dawn Patrol and left because my camera was starting to get wet. :( Anyway, I got a couple decent ones, but nothing like the ones I got two years ago with my little point and shoot. *sigh* So, maybe next year will be better. Here's one of the few shots. Hope you enjoy! :)

Still got a great shot though i think the misty dull background really makes these balloons colours stand out whilst lit up. I've always wanted to go and see one of these displays, i think there spectacular a load of hot air balloons going up across the skyies at once.

I find this to be a stellar shot. The mist helps to give this a muted quality rather than the bold color assault you usually see with these hot air balloons. I really like this!
