I'm guessing a boa? I had one similar that was 11 feet long. Had to find it another home when it began to hug me a little bit to fiercely. :-) Lovely shot.

Snakes usually get a bad rap. Most are harmless. All are beneficial. They are amazingly adaptable. They manage to get from point (a) to point (b) in a variety of ways. Most crawl, some swim, some climb and there are even some that kind of fly, lol. This one is a beauty and so is your shot of it. Thanks for sharing. Lee
