Description

I found this picture on a floppy disk I stumbled across and it is probably older than some of the people viewing it but since the Tour de France is running and Steve did wear the Yellow Jersey for 5 days in 1988 about 2 or 3 years after I took this shot at a local race here in Toronto. All the other race shots I took were sharp using high shutter speeds but they looked static whereas this blurry one conveys a sense of speed much better.
