Hello Everyone, Love taking photos of these pelicans. They are so beautiful. No postwork, just cropping and border. Also left this photo a fair size so dont forget to zoom in. Have a lovely Wednesday. Like to dedicate this photo to Barbara who i know loves her birds. Physio again tomorrow OUCH.lol. Chris:)

A peculiar bird is the pelican, its beak can hold more than its belly can. Great shot, love the refection. Wish we had some strong sun over here just now :(

3 at the same time ! Very nice shot, the reflexion in the water is a plus. You claim no postwork: I agree your photo is very nice as is. But a photo, even a good one as this one can always be even better with a little postwork, according to the media. Here the media is the web, so your picture has been reduced in definition. Even if the basic photo is sharp, you sould give it a bit more of accentuation after the reduction in size. This is to give it back a good sharpness. And maybe you should make the blue a bit deeper, but this is only a matter of personal taste. The composition is good. But as the main bird is turned towards the right, it would have been even better to let more space in this direction. I repeat that all these advices do not mean that it is a bad photo, it is already a good one without postwork.

Immaculate capture of the terrific trio, Chris! The POV, DOF, lighting, sharp detail and colors are off the chart. The black/white feather contrasts and reflections are superb.
