Out to reduce and re-direct technological advances into evolutionary directions that will NOT be damaging to the Human Species. And since 450m years have passed her Cyborg Programming has faded and her predominant side if Human; more subsurface that it's supposed to be, so this gives an observational value of compassion against cold effective efficiency during Human Culling.
