Well for pity's sake, Di, I saw the thumb and saw the title and holy cow, I thought you were saying this graveyard was now your home. It was just not coming together in this feable brain!LOL Lovely view. wonderfully strong color of blue to the water... not choppy either. Could your rough weather be past? But tell me, what is that white flower on the rock wall? How lovely it is all by itself like that.

Thank you all for comments. @Mrs Lubner/Dear PJ. The Churchyard of St Stephen lies to the right, just before I reach my Street!!! The white flower (which I made absolutely sure I got in the shot)!!! Is the bloom of the dreadful bindweed. A horror in the garden.. It clings to everything.. the bloom.. exquiste :-) Diane.

I know the feeling when you see something what what makes you realize you made it home safe without trouble. It is a wonderfull view of your home bay. I love the tall Celtic cross like a guard looking for visitors and returners ( not to the cemetary thou). Hope you well and your mum recovering a bit.

You already know how I too love this hallmark of your home.It gives such a life and hope in it's beauty and movement that it seems to transcend the grave and give wings to the soul. And yet the pattern of knots also speaks of our soul being bound to God and thus an everlasting peace. I'm so glad you've made the trip safely and are back again. We have been thinking of and praying for you. :-)
