Description
Yeeee, this was an adventure in hairpainting-my family was wicked kind and gave me a Wacom tablet for my birthday (thank God it is a week-end so I can have at it!), so needless to say I had to give it a go right away. :) It is fun, hopefully I'll become more proficient in painting this way, over prior mouse hair attempts.
Like the title reads (a Sesame Street skit the title?) Pale Vic is above and below it all, the sky and clouds as water.
