The atmosphere is successful, it remains still work to make on surfaces, damage that your ground, too smooth does not put more your work on the atmo in value!!

This scene shows a lot of promise, Mona. You've got a great sky and good lighting on the hills. It would probably look even better cropped as per your thumbnail. If you want to reduce the glow (and overexposure) from the Sun reduce the corona size and intensity in Lighting Conditions > Sun's Appearance. You may also need to reduce the Glow Amount and Glow Power in Lighting of Atmosphere. As you become more experienced with Terragen you might think about getting a separate terrain generating programme (such as GeoControl) to create ever more diverse and interesting terrains. You probably already use these terrains for your excellent Poser work.
