Description
After yesterday's little joke, I thought that I would return to something more my style - Metal Concerts. I'm sure I won't get as many hits but so be it.
This is Amon Amarth during their set at Bang Your Head Festival in Balingen Germany. I'm not a huge fan of their music but they put on a great stage show. No the singer didn't go up in smoke here - there were flames in front and behind him and his head appears to be in the flames but he walked away unscarred.
Bang Your Head featured Heaven and Hell, Edguy, Hammerfall, Amon Amarth, Brain Storm, Nazareth, Mystic Prophesy etc etc. I'll be posting more pics from the Festival before moving on to the rest of our trip though Germany, Austria and Croatia.

I am too old to have seen anything like this for real when I was of the age to appreciate it best so this photo is very fascinating to me. Nice shot.
