Hi Everyone!! Well, I am back from a short vacation- a day earlier then expected. My family and I had a wonderful time and I enjoyed it a great deal. But, it's good to be home. No place like home! My husband got quite a few good photos and I will be sharing them as I weed out the good ones and the ones that are not so good. One thing I would like to share, is one night we had built a fire and was roasting marsh mellows and the place we stayed at is a cabin very secluded and it's the Amish country so at nighttime when it's dark you know it- well were sitting by the campfire and it's pitch black out but the campfire and stars- lots and lots of stars and I just happened to say to my clan look you can see the little dipper and all of us were looking up and for the first time in my life I see a shooting star! All of us seen it! It was awesome! Well, I'm rambling- lol! Thanks for viewing! Good to be back and I'll try to get to some of your beautiful art! Hugs, Penny

Wow...We almost ran over one of those in Ohio. Headed down to Myrtle Beach and our GPS took us on a back road...really really dark out and surprise! There's a buggy plodding along the side of the road (almost). Anyway, needless to say, that slowed us down some. Great photo!

in a near by town there is a Amish bakery and furniture store.I used to go get cinnamon rolls there.they are delicious. good your outing was a success and enjoyable. super capture of the wagons

Sounds like you had a great time Penny! I have seen lots of shooting stars, I hope that you made a wish when you seen it? And the Antique sign in the background, now that's right up my alley. My house is full of antiques. Beautiful picture!
