Description
Graffito is a character of mine who has the power to draw things in thin air and make them reality. What he really does though, is access other demensions and pulls those things from those demensions by drawing what he sees. He is a former punk gang member turned police sketch artist for my group of intergalactic super-cops the Galactic Police Enforcers.
