My name is Dorothea Beer-Kramer. I was born on 09 March, 1957 in Aachen / Germany. Many of the last years I lived and worked in Hessen near Frankfurt a. M. Painting and colours are fascinating me since my earliest childhood. I have not seen wild horsetail like this. I've only seen it in big planters at malls, restaurant courtyards...and in a pot in my pond. :-) Very interesting to see them this way. Nice shot.

Hi stranger... :-) Nice to see you over in this corner of Renderosity..Very interesting subject. If I may, the out of focus plants in the fore-ground tend to distract a bit from the others..Still a very nice photo..Hope to see more photo's from you in the future

People plant these on purpose??? Good heavens. Anyone who wants some, just drop by my garden any time! The top invasive plants in my garden are horsetails, blackberry brambles, bindweed (morning glory), and buttercups, in no particular order. This is a great photo, even so! Really well done. The DOF is awesome!
