Ok this is the last post for this setup, I promise :) Wanted to give another shot at getting the lighting just right. Finally got the AO settings to go my way. Added a few more tattoos and of course a little grease spots for character to this scene.
Rendered in Poser with AO-IBL, depth of field and a lot of patients.
Actual render took about 2 hrs. Only postwork was the signature. Less postwork in the end... the better :)

Hmmmm.. well maybe Ao pushed a wee teeny bit far.... BUT... I like the dirty fingered look of her texture.. and ya girl is still fab.. when ya gonna send me those bloody lights....lol... you're a topper!
