By day, I write software. Not very exciting, except I get to see firsthand why software is so buggy. Most of the rest of my time is either spent on family or 3D modeling/animation. As far as the modeling goes, I do a lot of science fiction shoips/vehicles. I try to constantly improve my skills and techniques, so comments on how I can better do things is always appreciated.

A good design needs to have good angles, and this is an excellent angle. Those colours and the design overal remind me of some the Narn ships in Babylon 5. Nice work!

I used 3DS max for the glow: a volume light for the foggy stuff and video post lens effect glow for the inner "hot" glow.
