Description


High above the ecliptic, the young couple watch the liner's departure through the observation deck's armoured observation blister. I was looking for a wallpaper the other day and came across my "Observers" from 2003. Well, I just had to open bryce again and tinker it up to date! I will be taking the old image down next week if anyone wants to go back for comparison. Thanks for looking! (again)

Not really, I believe the Niven ref is to ringworld (correct me if I am wrong) which was a ring the size of earth's orbit (sort of a slice of a Dyson sphere), these are just less than lunar orbit rings.
