Great photo. It's hard to believe now looking at the place all that went on here. Such history!

A captivating image and subject matter. This is so non-descript but of course the title drew me due to my fascination about the history of World War Two. My first impression was perhaps this was bomber crew barracks. Obviously in retrospect if you don't want to be noticed you don't place these famous figures in buildings that scream "Important"! Having said that I wonder if these people felt a little annoyed at the rather flimsy looking workplace? Excellent! :B eaver !

You would have thought with buildings that were so important and with so much history to them. They would have been looked after better than this.
