"The UM has always been, before Nanna, before Suen(Sin), before the Naphtali, before time itself. Present yourself before the UM, make holy the day of your arrival. May you always be found wanting in the presence of the UM, in order for filling to occur. As it was in the beginning, the purest of essence will now wash over you and be in you. Beware and be wary. Be prepared for the coming of the Changeling. The eighth of the law shall be: Be found wanting for the great filling of the UM."
