This is a picture from a train leaving Lausanne switzerland. Below the train are the vineyards close to the town of Neuchatel.

Is that the Sea Bellow or the sky..

What you see below is the sea. The camera target is the tree in the center of the shot. The point ov view is probably pointed downward 30 degrees or so.
