Well the ice caps are melting and the seas are rising, but these Earthlings are a resilient bunch. Didn't take 'em long to start building floating cities with UV protection :)

Fabulous world! Especially the city under the dome! I have always thought homes should have domes, where one could control the weather inside. You could grill outside, and have a picnic while watching a thunderstorm without worries of lightning strikes and rain .. or snow .. or sleet ..
