Description
This is not my usual sort of work but our cat Nico has just had her first litter of kittens. I took this shot of the baby emerging. It's not very sharp because I didn't want to use flash.

Tail first? When Susie had kittens (many years ago) they all came out head first. Once she had them all tidy she commandeered a bottom drawer for herself and family. Great shot.

Wonderful and touching image. Makes me think f how wise nature is, ow the animal mohers instinctly know how to behave even the frst time of the wonderpf birth. We human have lost some of this instinct, bu since we also are animals, some is left. to act without thought.
