Description

When i first started this picture it was actually in the desert. Then after trying to make a decent looking desert i gave up and it changed into something else. C&C is always welcome.. Thanks for watching!

The lighting is just perfect. The composition is very good. Only the "storyline" is not very clear, for me. Are all those guys marching towards the character in the foreground? Why, what's happening?

It looks like a dried riverbed/canel here, looks great! Excellent character, composition, and those legions seem to stretch back forever. Excellent work here!

nice, dramatic scene! the trees look incredible. the light is great, but a little confusing to me. the shadows are very dark, and the figures don't seem very ambiently lit. the ground is very, very bright, but the figures all look fairly dark. but that could be because we're looking into the sun rather than having it at our backs. also, the shadows between rocks in the road are very pale compared to the shadows out in the bright light. you've definitely created a palpable air of impending doom. the angle on the cape is a nice touch. and the skin shader looks good. i must admit, i wonder what moved all those huge rocks and set them at the sides of the road like a garden walkway. maybe it's behind the woman, and the odds aren't as hopeless as they first seem. thanks for sharing your work!
