Description

I am doing something different starting today, I am doing a series of pictures. This is a tiny spider I found on a clover a few days ago. There will be several more pictures in this series, of the same spider. I do not know what the name of the type of spider, so if anyone knows please tell me. :o) Thanks for looking, and as always, comments are welcome. Thank you for your comments on my last upload "Clear View". ~Row. / Muse27

it looks like a "tick" (in German: "Zecke") to me, not a spider... but I´m not sure...

Methinks 'tis the "red spider mite"...an arachnid and spider relative. Good macro!

My Husband thought it looked like a tick as well, but we have no ticks in Alaska. It's a reasonable assumption. :o) I hadn't thought about a spider mite, but that is probably what it is. Thanks for the comments!
