Description
Another summer resident of the park, I thing this is a Eastern Kingbird. A friend of mine and I have been going through all of our references but this is as close as we've come, If someone has a better ID please let me know, your held is appreciated. A lovely shot in its natural forest habitat I think you are right with the species I think it may well be a Loggerhead Kingbird (Tyrannus Caudifasciatus)

This photo is very pleasing to the eye, almost like a painting. Fine capture. It looks like a kingbird but the thick orangish bill and patch of white on the wing look somehow not like an Eastern..but, this seems closer than other kingbirds I have seen in life and books.
