Description

I want to thank everyone who commented on my previous two images. And especially everyone who joined me in wishing my mom a happy birthday. She was thrilled and greatly enjoyed everyone's comments. I hope you enjoy tonight's offering. I finally figured out how to upload larger images, so you should be able to zoom into this one. Anne uf

Ah, as I've noted before, some fractals lend themselves to the "bigger is better" adage, and this is one of them! The thumbnail doesn't do this justice by a long shot. Very pretty, and I love the little bubbles (Gaussian Integer, I presume?) all through the piece. Very lovely!

Zooming in was very appreciated. Beauty it is. Don't know about priceless, though. Time is money, they say ;-)

Gorgeous spiral. And yesssssssssss the zoom is more than worth it on this image. the enlarged look is amazing how much better all the detail and depth comes thru that the smaller view does not even hint to. You said you just figured out how to render it larger and i note you used 1024X768 which is an ideal size for viewing. I was taught a good hint on UltraFractal, try rendering at 1600X1200 and then resize down to 1024X768, since most of the editing software will smooth out any rough edges on the sizing down. its like an extra-step of anti-alising. Your images are all very beautiful. Thank you for sharing them.

I often render the images much bigger too, and then resize smaller to fit 'rosity's requirements. I use either PSP, Photofiltre, or a small resizing program my daughter found some years back. This is a wonderful image, and much more beautiful in the larger format!!

The irridescent quality of the coloring in this piece is splendid. The colors are not overstated. It has a very pleasing quality and is an excellent piece.
