Last issue, Solani Darlan-Aranstar had found Raven and Rungalo, here on the new world of Aerth. She had learned that her family was alive back home, and was determined to find her way home. In the days that followed, she met up with friends who had arrived later, and one who looked like a twin of one who yet remained in Ultiaris. The man's name was Taelar Sacul, and he warned her of a demonic woman who was trapped on Aerth, just as Solani and her friends were.
