I see's them as I see's them and while where on the subject of interaction One head per floor in terms of constructive economics is a difficult sell to the local city planners. Are people getting bigger due to over eating while exercising ? This is with out a doubt the question that need to be answered by the health freaks and Gator juice drinkers. I haven't got a clue as to what the hell I'm talking about here. But you must admit that it sounds intellectual (just like tallpindo) don't you agree? Cool work here gal………Me !

I haven't a clue what u said either cool cat lol: (just kidding)the answer to keeping weight off not dieting; is everything in moderation that's the answer: we as a society eat too much,have too many fast food places etc etc: As in america and Canada it's a proven fact that we have on a whole the fattes and overeating people in the world: I not only read that I have lived long enough to see it:lol and activty doesn't have to be a marathon but daily exercise helps every part of the body' no one has ever said "I feel terrible after a workout; (no)nevaaaaaaaaaa!! ttfn--my thoughts only folks!
