In the 1980's I began to fight almost full time aganst "programming," in the form of questions where the implied answer is one I knew to be false. These "programmed" sessions conducted by citizens and laymen were designed to interlock with court cases and prosecutions of more important central figures. They were in this sense "canned" and "assembly line." The "program" of the moment was drugs. The wrong answer was addcition and the answer locked out was rehabilitation. We all tire and get confused. We let surrender our desires to a more austere simplicity. There is no flight from what is real.
