Description

I have sweated over this one! This started as an attempt to have backlit hair. I tried to render it in Vue but didn't get the backlight effect that I was looking for. I then discovered a backlight material option, but this just seemed to turn the hair transparent rather than giving the effect I wanted. I had exchanged some thoughts on this with genefleeman (thanks Gene!) so tried it in Poser, and the hair turned out as I wanted, but the face didn't look as good as the Vue render. So this final version is a photoshop combination of both Vue and Poser renders using layer masks. However it was done, I'm really pleased with the end result - and I hope you like it too!
