Description
This is at the entrance to a field high up on the moorland, you could class the field as a carpark of sorts but the gate was locked. There is a 24 turbine wind farm sited here.
It still begs the question, "Why 19". I don't really expect an answer.

Yeah here in NSW, Australia the speed limits can change so much. 10. 20, 40, 50,60,80,90,100,110 all with in a short distance of 20kms.. Then makes the driver worried about what speed suppose to be doing? Very confusing but 19? hehe Great capture:)
