I went on the Web to check out the rudder, and found mention of a Phantom F-4N being restored as a F-4B so I'd guess all bets are covered (USS Midway, San Diego Aircraft Carrier Museum. Now that could become the most expensive [and expansive] museum in the World if they go for multiple exhibits). There are 25 photographs of the aircraft on the page.
