Here's the thing, Ariel likes to dress for the occasion, be it adventuring, partying, travelling... And it also depends on the place she is in (the Savage Baronies, the "Known World"...). But I had yet to design something for her to use while on Planescape. Not an easy task, if we take into account that this "world", and specially in Sigil, receives visitors from almost all the worlds and as many cultures as you can imagine. All of them might leave a mark in the "style" and spirit of the people. Or simply said, the influence the fashion which will end up as a weird mixing of all of them, it will be very unconventional.
