Description
This is an old photo from about 2 years ago, but it stuck out when I was browsing for something to post. Baily is mostly black lab, with maybe some Australian shepherd, or pointer or hound of some kind. Shanna is mostly an Australian cattle herder. Even though they were both asleep, she sensed my presence and opened an eye to see what was going on. She is watching the sheep, even though the only sheep are us, her family. They are both great dogs...

LOL, my ACD does exactly the same thing! I don't thing these dogs EVER relax and go into a deep sleep! They always are aware of what's going on around them! Wonderful, wonderful photo!!
