Description

Thanks for looking! DAZ Studio render - Postwork in Adobe Photoshop. Studio Light Pro and Mood Master by Dreamlight were used, also PWSurface and Pendragon's Hair shader for DAZ|Studio. There were several goals with this piece: Naturalistic lighting - SLP ambient, 2 SLP soft boxes, 1 SLP super spot & 2 Spot lights were used to try to create a soft realistic lighting effect. Unified color scheme - the sepia tones were not done in post, I tried to choose lights and colored materials which would combine for an overall effect. Hue and saturation were (obviously) manipulated in post but the essential effect is there in the render. Mood and Atmosphere - the mood can be sorrowful or contemplative - I'm hoping the combination of the pose & expression, against the bright lighting, neutral tone and glamor postwork will allow for a range of interpretation. Or maybe it just looks pretty? Anyhow - thanks to Walle & Pendragon credited merchants for the tools - and to "nattarious" for the glamor tutorial here at Renderosity.
