Hi all...and happy over-the-hump day (Wednesday)!
This is an old one I've played with for entirely too long now. One of those that you just KNOW holds some sort of promise...but, regardless of how you tweak it, it never wants to budge, and never seems to turn into what you envisioned. This one just...wouldn't...*become*. And one tiny tweak to one thing led to a complete alteration or loss of another aspect. So, here's to tossing hands up in the air...(I know when I'm defeated..lol)..and those insanity-producing little buggers to the wind..Without further adieu then...just as it is. To me, it resembles a sweet, though vague, memory...
And, always, always, always...my thanks to each of you for your wonderful comments on previous images..and to those who've favorited them..or added me to your favs....I am delighted...and incredibly honored :)

I can see why you held on to this one and it does look as if it would tweak well but that is the way with fractals. I like this as it is actually especially that bit down on the bottom right, with all the texture, and it is a lovely colouring you have used. Worth keeping I reckon.

It may appear unmovable but to me it appears as the beginnings of a beautiful doily may by hand with love. It's beautiful as is. Excellent work.

Hmmm, yes, I do seem to know something about those stubborn little things that want to get in your way and not let you do what you have envisioned! I totally understand that one, and I can see why you're so certain that this fractal has such promise! It is indeed an interesting-looking fractal, and you should likely keep trying now and then, just in case! Bravo for your efforts, and persistence!

You could always go back to it a year from now and try again ^_~ This one is already beautiful, though. In some abstract way I see an eye with cristal water running from it. The soft colouring fits the vague memory.

Perhaps it was so stubborn because it is what it wishes to be. A delightful swirl of textures, to call to mind delicious memories. The ones just there below the surface, those delicately flavored ones,eclipsed by the more vivid tastes, but sweet now the less. Usually forgotten, but all the more sweet when remembered, because of their time aging in our subconsious.
