Great work! The skin and hair look terrific. The only point I would make is that you have the dreaded "nostril glow" - a common issue. I know that you can get a fix from somewhere - I think it just adds an object up there to stop light leaking down the nose! It would just add that extra touch of realism, but it looks great as it is!
