I think you are definitely going in the right direction here. Comment, the blur doesn't match the feel of the pose. Given the amount of distortion to the background. I think it be cool to see the Guyver really low to the ground. Make the pose really aggressive! That anime was so blood thirsty and cruel. Make that guy look like he's gonna tear your limbs apart! The concept is really strong.
