Very fine work, but I think there are too many "duplicates" of the pigeons, making this otherwise very convincing render look a little artificial. The rest is brilliant.

Perfect choice of textures: walls of the opposite buildings, iron gates, benches, street. Also the position of the sun gives dramatic shadows over the buildings. Excellent image with stressed atmosphere.
