nice compo, i like the way you have treatened the sky. But technicaly & opticaly, hte pic is a little light, but may be is you camera ! The noise is a little bit annoying too. So, it's really not a problem from you (i think lol) but may be the cam.

woderful shot, i miss the north east. if you have a photo editing program you could try messing with the contrast a bit. if you have photoshop i would duplicate the layer and try all the blending modes till you find one you like...also mess with the opacity for the layer after you find the blending mode you like. I would go with multiply or darken maybe.
