Description
Same place as yesterday's photos.
The hardest thing is keeping the snow and ice off the lense.
There is a certain beauty to seeing the faint colour of plant and rock against the stark contrast of a snow white background.
It gets a bit chilly laying on my stomach in the snow for 30 minutes trying to take photos of the miniscule life that can be found in this ice desert.
The mountain is a volcanoe with desert on one side and thick forrest on the other. But up this high it is all desert.
It's an interesting place and will see myself spending many more years discovering the hiden beauty around this mountain.
Thanks for your comments from yesterday.
Take care.

A beautiful and interesting capture. You have made your near-frostbite on your tummy worthwhile since this pov is perfect and gives so much to the appealing compo you have chosen.
