Hello everyone! It's been quite a while since I posted anything to fractals. I've been playing with 3d and teaching my 70 year old mother Apophysis and Photoshop. We've been having quite a blast together. She loves Apophysis and is just as addicted as the rest of us! LOL You all should be extremely proud of yourselves. The talent of this group has grown tremendously. Your art is quite impressive. This flame is dihedral using the mobius and coth variations, no scripts, just random and tweaking. Framing and curves adjustment was done in Photoshop. The original flame without modification is at the bottom of the pic. Thank you for looking and any comments you may care to leave! Diane

Beautiful, beautiful work! Yes, I can see a Celtic cross too. Of course, I insane about Celtic works period..(my jewelry collection's getting way out of hand..lol)...so it's no surprise that my eye seeks them whenever possible. Wonderful thing about those...the symmetry rendering crucifixion impossible. I love even the thought of that. A stunning piece. And, I agree with BJ, and hope your mom will also post. Love that you've invested the time in her..and that she's found an avid interest :)
