Description
Not sure what kind of plant this is but it caught our attention as it only opened in the evening and had both yellow and purple flowers each with a hint of the other colour in them. Except for this flower that couldn't make up it's mind. Love to know what it is really called.

Called four o:clock's for obvious reasons and they WILL mix and give all sorts of color combinations. Good photo's by the way, especially the macro!

Oh how I miss these! They are pretty popular in Florida, but we don't have them here (in Alaska). Great capture, thanks for taking me back home with your shots!! I can smell them too, from looking at the photos!) Awesome shot of that one flower also!

I love Four O'Clocks because they are so easy to grow, reseed themselves in abundance and are colorful. They open in the evening when it cools down. Excellent photo.

Wow! This is wonderful............and since someone kindly named them, I may well be looking for 'four-o'clocks' soon! I particularly like the wonderful stamens in the macro of the single bloom!
