When I worked at Douglas, Forsythe was the "hatchet man". He had just been made VP Operations. When ever I see a forsthia bush I think of him. They have yellow flowers if you've never seen one. I first thought this was a trophy when I saw your caption, but maybe it is a sponsor of a racing series. It doesn't seem to be a team name.
